Technological Process

The production line of limestone grinding powder is composed of silo, electromagnetic vibration feeder, grinding main engine, powder collector, dust removal system, fan and conveying system. The detailed technological flow is as follows: Limestone raw materials fall into the vibration feeder from the silo, and then are evenly transported to the mill by the electromagnetic vibration feeder for grinding. The ground powder is blown into the analyser of the mill under the action of the blower for sorting, and the powder that does not meet the fineness requirements is sent back to the grinding room for grinding. The powder conforming to the fineness enters the cyclone collector with the air flow, is separated and collected, and then discharged through the powder discharge tube to get the finished powder.
