From Clinker to Consistent Cement: Engineered Precision in Every Step
Intelligent Feeding – Weigh feeder ensures a uniform blend of clinker, gypsum, and additives enters Chamber 1.
Coarse Impact Grinding – Chamber 1 is armed with larger steel balls and stepped liners to efficiently impact-crush feed ≤25mm.
Controlled Material Flow – A robust intermediate diaphragm retains the grinding media while precisely transferring the pre-ground material to Chamber 2.
Classifying Fine Grinding – Chamber 2 utilizes smaller balls and classifying liners to segregate media by size, maximizing fine particle creation with minimal energy.
High-Efficiency Separation – Ground material is air-swept to a dynamic separator. Fines (finished cement) are collected; coarse particles return to the mill inlet. Only the on-spec product leaves the system.
